Activation?

Previously posted on Facebook....

Last night something out of the ordinary happened. At some point in the night (not sure of the exact time) I drifted between a waking and sleep state. During this state in the past, I've been subject to psychic attack, a particularly unpleasant experience that feels as if you're soul is being sucked out of you - reminds me of the Dementors in Harry Potter :) I only ever remember these things the morning after, as I fall into sleep again fairly quickly.

But, last night something different happened to me. I woke up a tiny bit to feel my solar plexus doing some very strange things. It felt as if it was being pulled on, or maybe pushed into, but the sensation was incredibly strong. And not unpleasant at all. It was like a butterflies-on-steroids feeling and I remember smiling to myself because it felt familiar. It must've lasted for a few minutes, but who knows for sure? Time and space do their own thing.

I remembered the experience fully on my way to work this morning. It's still happening too, not as strongly as during the night but I can still feel it.

And this morning I've been led to read about Starseeds - and another penny has dropped. I've also had some recollections from my childhood.....I was fascinated by astronomy in my early teens. I had several books and a telescope and I'd sit for hours and gaze at the pictures in my books, of the constellations and auroras, of all the amazing things out there in the Universe and I felt completely at home. I'd sit outside at night with my telescope (which wasn't great) and look up, find the Pole Star and navigate my way around the starry heavens. I'd pin-point the Pleiades and Orion and smile knowingly to myself without having a clue why. In my later teens I'd lie in fields with friends and watch shooting stars. There were a few years of my life when I'd see them often. I know now that was a greeting, a friendly wave from the cosmos.

I also remembered that last year when I had my cards read in Glastonbury, the reader told me that the stars were my comfort zone. This was before my Indigo awakening but her saying that resonated deeply, I'd forgotten about my love of the stars as a child/young adult. Since then it's all started to make sense.

This isn't a coincidence. I've had a week of complete shit, a number of things have occured that have left me drained of energy and feeling like certain things are going to fall apart around me. This solar-plexus 'incident' has come at a time when I needed it to happen, and when I was obviously ready for it to happen. It was not of this dimension, I'm certain. So, no matter what has happened this week, whatever will happen over the coming weeks, I trust. I trust that who/whatever is guiding me will look after me and carry me through it all. I surrender to it utterly.

It was an activation of some sort, I've been given some more of the knowledge and recollections I need, for whatever purpose it will serve as we go into the next few years. This, again, makes me smile.

My name is Mel and I'm an Indigo Adult.

My Indigo awakening happened last year, at a time when I'd gone through a great deal of personal 'stuff' and was beginning to at least see a light at the end of the very dark tunnel.

My marriage had broken down after I'd spent a long time being very unhappy without really knowing why....but I'd been deliberately led down that path to learn things and for that I must be grateful. During this time I went through depression, physical illness and desperate longing for a life that was really 'me', and wondering why this wasn't 'it' when I'd always thought it would be. I'd married someone who I thought was everything I ever wanted - but it was all a mirage. And more importantly, what I thought I wanted was a lie. A lie to myself, and it was all wrong.

After I was coming out of the dark of that situation, I was led very synchronicitously to find out about the Indigo's. And the penny well and truly dropped. Over the years of spiritual development, nothing had scratched the itch like this did. A massive weight had gone from my shoulders in an instant and I felt 'normal' for perhaps the first time in my life (as 'normal' as an Indigo ever feels :)). But suddently my existence made sense; the way I was made sense; my life so far made sense and I saw it for what it was - a series of much-needed life lessons that all led me to where I needed to be in the here and now.

I am grateful for the pain, the emotional turmoil and all the other shit that's come my way over the years. I hope I've learned enough from it to make me a stronger person for whatever purpose I'm here for. My purpose is on it's way, I can't help but feel it although it's out of my reach for now, behind a veil of mystery.

This blog is, as it's title says, my adventures through this incarnation, on this planet, at this time of change.

Much love,

Mel xx
