These days I'm able to deal with it on a personal level. But on a global scale, what to do? We're faced with so much of it on a daily basis and it's coming thicker and faster every day. Everything is quickening towards the new age so just as the good is coming in, the bad must go. As Indigos we're supposed to be here to get rid of this stuff, by my Gods it's hard. Where do we even start? I know the answer is to be true to yourself, stand up for yourself, speak your piece and fight against it in whichever way we can, no matter how big or small.
It's also about being aware and awake. Being aware of the ways in which we are kept in our place is a start. Here are a few of my pet peeves;
Food
I hate to be a bore, but we are what we eat. Simple as that really. However at some point over the past few years, we've somehow forgotten this and have lost the plot completely, and it staggers me that many people have no idea about food. Common sense has been replaced by a belief in 'fast-is-better'.
My particular pet-peeve under this banner is the amount of hidden sugar in our food. In canned food for instance, sugar (and salt) is used as a preservative, yet the same things are available in water alone. Sugar is completely unneccesary in that respect, so why on earth is it still used? Because we're still buying the sugary stuff. There needs to be more demand for the non-sugary versions in order that it's supplied to us.
Foods marketed as 'healthy' are often anything but. All you have to do is check the label of any cereal bar, breakfast cereal, pasta sauce, .......
Sugar is such an energetic and psychic block. Limit your intake.
Swine flu
Man-made, government controlled attempt to scare us into having a vaccination for goodness only knows what purpose. Thankfully it hasn't achieved as much fear as they intended.
Household cleaning products, air fresheners
Toxic, disgusting and unneccesary. Open a window, use essential oils and realise that you don't need a cleaning product that makes your eyes water to do basic cleaning.
MoneyBanks take it all, wealth is concentrated in some areas and not others, all because someone won't put more numbers in a computer somewhere. Economics is an imagined concept, yet we all put so much enery into it.
Media
Becoming more and more obviously controlled all the time. Like sugar, a little won't do much harm but too much and you'll go mad :)
